As leader GxP cleaning at the Leiden Biocenter, you have a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleaning and complying with the cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment. The Leiden Bio Sicence Park, also known as LBSP, was established 39 years ago and now has a strong, global position. The LBSP consists of innovative oragnizations, researchers and start-ups. These various companies and organizations on the terrain are driven to further develop and discover the future.
You will be working for a facility management and one of Europe’s largest real estate service providers. The company has a team of 40,000 employees working in 30 different countries. The company has been operating in the Netherlands since 2013 and supports and provides a functional, safe and sustainable work environment at various organizations. As a cleaning lead you will be part of a team that makes a significant difference in maintaining high standards in the facility management sector.

You will receive an immediate contract for 7 months;

Wat ga je precies doen?
As Leader GxP cleaning, you will be responsible for creating a safe and clean work environment. To provide this, you have a list of important responsibilities. Your working hours will be 07:00-15:30 of 10:30-19:00. You will be told exactly what your responsibilities are when you arrive on the scene, responsibilities could include;
Supervising and leading a cleaning team, ensuring that GxP standards are being followed;
Perform monthly quality checks, monitor cleaning procedures and ensure compliance with SOP’s and contractual agreements;
Process optimization by reviewing work procedures, improve service quality and efficiency;
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage;
Monitor safety regulations;
Making and managing your team’s schedule.
Communicate with higher management and participate in project teams.

- Maandag, Dinsdag, Woensdag, Donderdag, Vrijdag;
- Van 40 tot 40 uur per week;
